A theft from a safe was reported Monday afternoon in the 400 block of South Monroe Street.
Richard C. Smith, 28, of Tiffin, was charged with theft Monday.
A large fight was reported Monday night in the first block of Miami Street. When police arrived to the area, no one knew what was going on or would say anything to police.
A 200-block Jackson Street woman reported Tuesday afternoon her husband, who did not live with her, broke into her residence. He took mail and some paperwork, the woman said.
Beverly Hauke, 22, of Attica, was charged with dog-at-large for an incident Jan. 24.

A 2000-block South SR 587 woman reported Tuesday morning she was scammed out of $1,500 Monday and the scammers kept calling asking for more money.

A 600-block Fifth Avenue woman reported Monday night the father of her child forcefully took the child from her arms and also threw a box of diapers at her mother’s car.
A caller from the Lucas County Sheriff’s Office requested an officer go to a 200-block North Grant Street residence Monday night to make contact with an owner of a vehicle that was found in their jurisdiction. The vehicle had heavy damage and bullet holes, according to the report. The owner told police she would contact the Lucas County Sheriff’s Office.
A 100-block East Crocker Street man reported Tuesday afternoon he was attacked by another man who demanded money from him. The caller said he just wanted a report on file.
