Tiffin reports

A man reported Monday morning that, while he was walking in an alley in the 100 block of South Washington Street, a pan flew out of a second-floor window. According to the report, a man was to speak with Firelands Counseling & Recovery Services.

County reports

A 1300-block West Woodland Avenue male reported early Monday morning his 13-year-old sister was receiving vulgar messages on Facebook.

A bad check was reported Monday morning in the 200 block of State Street.

Fostoria reports

James T. Hill-Hernandez II, 20, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Sunday.

A woman went to the station Sunday afternoon to report a phone that was to be returned to its manufacturer was used and she then received a large bill.

A caller reported Sunday night a man was staggering down the middle of the street in the area of South Poplar and East Jones streets. A man was taken into custody.

A man reported Monday afternoon someone stole his wife’s ATM card from a machine.

Tiffin accident

Christopher R. Link, 34, of Tiffin, was cited with obedience to a traffic control device following an accident Monday afternoon at South Sandusky and Clay streets.

State Patrol

Michael J. Bouillon, 55, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, left of center and a seat belt violation early Thursday morning.


Fostoria firefighters were called to 1303 Perrysburg Road Friday morning for a carbon monoxide incident.


Fostoria EMS had one squad run early Sunday morning, one squad run Sunday morning and one squad run Sunday afternoon.

Tiffin EMS had three squad runs Sunday afternoon, one squad run early Monday morning and two squad runs Monday morning.
