A man reported Monday morning that, while he was walking in an alley in the 100 block of South Washington Street, a pan flew out of a second-floor window. According to the report, a man was to speak with Firelands Counseling & Recovery Services.
A 1300-block West Woodland Avenue male reported early Monday morning his 13-year-old sister was receiving vulgar messages on Facebook.
A bad check was reported Monday morning in the 200 block of State Street.
James T. Hill-Hernandez II, 20, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Sunday.
A woman went to the station Sunday afternoon to report a phone that was to be returned to its manufacturer was used and she then received a large bill.
