A 300-block North Washington Street woman who is a mother of a 16-year-old girl reported early Monday morning a 20-year-old man climbed through a bathroom window to gain access to her home. She requested to speak to an officer about the incident.
Adam M. Groves, 25, of Tiffin, was charged with dog-at-large for an incident Jan. 19.
A theft was reported Monday morning in the 400 block of North Broadway Street.
Alicia J. Bryant, 23, of Fostoria, was charged with loud sound Sunday.
A 300-block West Center Street woman reported Sunday afternoon her mother-in-law was threatening to kick in her door to use her laundry room.

A caller from Player’s Club, 544 Plaza Drive, reported Monday morning a tank was stolen from behind the business.
A semi-truck was reported in a ditch Monday morning in the area of South SR 67 and East CR 16. South SR 67 was shut down temporarily while a tow truck assisted in removing the semi-truck. Several other vehicles were reported in ditches Monday in the county, but no injuries were reported.
