David J. Kessler, 40, of Tiffin, was charged with domestic violence Tuesday afternoon.
A Frost Parkway woman reported Thursday afternoon a man chased her son when he got off the bus.
A first-block Ash Street caller reported a fight Thursday evening. According to the report, people were fighting over money. The victim did not want to file charges.
A first-block Frost Parkway reported Thursday evening her father inappropriately touched her. A victim’s advocate was contacted, according to the report. Sgt. Robert Bour of the Tiffin Police Department said the sexual allegation is under investigation. He said the woman who alleged the incident is 19 years old.
A caller reported early Friday morning they heard a single gunshot in the area of Benner and Clay streets. Officers checked around the neighborhood and were unable to see or hear anything.
Ashlee E. Decker, 31, of Tiffin, was charged with animal cruelty Friday morning. A letter carrier had reported a dog was outside of a 500 block Hedges Street residence for the last couple of days. The Humane Society was contacted.
