James R. Berry II, 30, of Fostoria, was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and domestic violence Wednesday.

Josaph W. Mclaughlin, 31, of Findlay, was transported to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries after he was struck by a vehicle Sunday afternoon on West SR 18 near SR 587. The vehicle did not stop after striking Mclaughlin and continued westbound on SR 18 into Fostoria.
Jared G. Kuhlman, 21, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and an equipment regulation violation early Wednesday morning.
