A man was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated after a fight between a man and woman was reported early Tuesday morning in the 400 block of Hedges Street.
Kelly L. Coppes, 44, of Tiffin, was charged with theft Tuesday morning. A caller from Pit Stop, 210 N. Washington St., had reported a shoplifter.
A first-block Sycamore Street man reported Tuesday afternoon he found two men sitting on his porch. After they left, the man noticed a downspout had been pulled off of the porch.
