A 300-block West Market Street woman reported Wednesday night a vehicle drove in circles in her backyard and then drove between two houses.
A break-in was reported early Thursday morning at Cool Creations, 706 S. Sandusky St.
A caller reported Thursday afternoon two boys and a girl threw snowballs at a building in the 100 block of East Market Street and broke the windows. Police checked the windows and found that the damage appeared to be old.
A woman went to the station Wednesday afternoon to report identity theft.
A gasoline drive-off was reported Wednesday evening at TJ’s Drive Thru, 19 N. Marion St.
A juvenile was arrested early Thursday morning after a 6000 block East CR 16 woman reported her son was flipping out.

April L. Stark, 26, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Wednesday.
