A woman in the 500 block of East Market Street reported Monday morning her credit card had been stolen and used.
Vandalism was reported Monday morning at Kiwanis Manor, 7 W. Market St. According to the report, a sign was kicked.
A gasoline drive-off was reported Monday afternoon at Pit Stop, 321 E. Perry St.
A first-block Douglas Street person reported credit card fraud Monday afternoon.
Jessica I. Eidenour, 27, of Fostoria, was charged Monday with receiving stolen property for an incident Oct. 14.
Charles W. Nash, 55, of Clyde, was charged with possession of marijuana Nov. 27.
Kalob M. Ludwig, 23, of Findlay, was charged with hunting without permission Dec. 3.
Lawrence E. Swartz, 41, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Friday.
Timothy A. Vassalle, 50, of Tiffin, was charged with intoxicated with a weapon Friday. He also was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control.
Mitchell V. Ranker, 45, of Alvada, was charged with allowing underage consumption Saturday.
Ryan T. Mcintyre, 22, of Fostoria, was charged with theft, criminal damaging, breaking and entering, possession of criminal tools and damaging government property early Sunday morning. According to the police report, he was arrested after a caller reported a person with a flashlight was inside an unoccupied residence in the 200 block of West Fourth Street. Capt. Patrick Brooks of the Fostoria Police Department said Mcintyre was charged with damaging government property for damaging a sprinkler head in a cell block at the jail.
Michael D. Vanhoose Jr., 32, of Fostoria, was charged with dog-at-large Sunday.
A 500-block South Wood Street woman reported Sunday afternoon someone broke a garage window.
A juvenile was arrested Sunday evening and charged with domestic violence in the 200 block of East South Street.
A 300-block South Poplar Street caller reported Sunday night a woman broke a window at a residence and left.
A caller from the Railroad Preservation Society reported Sunday night someone knocked over several Christmas trees in the 100 block of West North Street.
A caller reported Monday morning three children were playing on railroad tracks on McDougal Street. The caller said the children were touching the sides of a train as it passed. The children were released to their parents.
A caller from Dollar General, 166 E. Lytle St., reported Monday afternoon a driver hit the store sign and then hopped the curb with his vehicle.
Derick T. Mcgee, 22, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield to oncoming traffic following an accident Saturday morning in the 300 block of South Washington Street.
James Etzinger, 54, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident Sunday afternoon on TR 63.
An accident was reported Sunday night at CR 38 and CR 37. No injuries were reported.
At least one person was transported to Mercy Willard Hospital after an accident Monday morning on CR 35.

Tiffin EMS had two squad runs Sunday afternoon, two squad runs Sunday evening and two squad runs Sunday night. An ambulance also was needed once Monday morning.
