Jonathan M. Vermalen, 28, of Tiffin, was charged with obstructing official business Sunday afternoon.
Adam A. Chaney, 21, of Tiffin was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to dim Sunday night.
A 500-block East Market Street woman reported Monday morning her son stole a check and cashed it.
A caller from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported Monday afternoon a person was attempting to pick up a laptop that was purchased with a stolen credit card.
A vehicle in a garage was reported broken into Monday afternoon in the 300 block of North Washington Street, and $50 was reported taken.
Darrell A. Kuhn, 45, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Thursday.
Christopher E. Morgan, 29, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday. He also was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, having no operator’s license and failure to control.
Gabriel R. Bennett, 20, of Kansas, was charged with abusing harmful intoxicants, underage possession/consumption and possession of drug paraphernalia Saturday.
A woman reported Sunday afternoon her mother-in-law’s residence was broken into. The mother-in-law contacted the sheriff’s office and said she couldn’t find anything missing.

A caller reported Monday afternoon an elderly man who wasn’t wearing any pants was in a field in the 3000 block of South CR 19. The man was with family members prior to a deputy’s departure from the scene.

James A. Rivera, 31, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of marijuana Saturday.

Gregory V. Werner, 57, of Fremont, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and left-of-center Friday night.
Fostoria firefighters were called to 445 W. Tiffin St. early Sunday morning for a carbon monoxide detector activation.
Old Fort fire, Republic EMS and the Echo unit were called to TR 148 Monday morning for a vehicle fire.
Tiffin EMS had two squad runs Sunday afternoon, two squad runs Sunday night and one squad run early Monday morning. An ambulance also was needed once Monday morning.
