A 200-block Main Street man reported early Sunday morning his back door was kicked in. A case of beer was taken from the refrigerator.

Ashton L. Campbell, 25, of Ashland, was charged with criminal damaging early Sunday morning.

County report

A 6000-block North CR 15 woman reported Saturday afternoon the lock to a gas tank was cut.

Fostoria reports

A 300-block Mcdougal Street woman reported Friday afternoon her neighbor has an aggressive dog that tears up her property.

A person reported Friday evening a fight at The Rail, 440 S. Main St. A woman who was taken into custody struck her face against the cruiser divider and was transported by ambulance to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.

A person from ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., reported Saturday evening a combative woman was attempting to leave.

A person from Dollar General, 166 E. Lytle St., reported Friday evening a person handed them a fake $20 bill.

A person from the emergency room of ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., reported Saturday afternoon a person was being treated for an injury sustained during a physical altercation. The person was uncooperative. He said he was struck by a person he refused to identify, and he struck him back.

A theft was reported at Dollar General, 1515 N. Countyline St., Saturday evening.

Charges were to be filed after a person reported Saturday night a disturbance in the 800 block of Columbus Avenue.

A person reported early Sunday morning four children were pushing over trash cans and bending stop signs.

A person in the 300 block of North Main Street reported a fight early Sunday morning.

Tiffin accident

Haley B. Sendelbach, 16, of Tiffin, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at Miami and Elmer streets Friday afternoon.

Fostoria accidents

Cody R. Rumschlag, 17, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead, a juvenile offense, after an accident at US 23 and Park Avenue Thursday morning.

A person reported early Saturday morning a person struck a railroad sign on East Culbertson Street.

A woman reported Saturday evening a pedestrian walked out in front of her vehicle at College Avenue and North Wood Street, fell down and walked away, stating he was fine and would walk it off. Law enforcement was unable to locate anyone in distress.

County accident

William D. Weiker, 51, of New Riegel, was cited with failure to control after an accident on CR 15 Nov. 18.


Tiffin firefighters responded to excessive head and scorch burns with no ignition at 170 E. Perry St. Saturday evening.

Tiffin firefighters assisted police or other governmental agency at Tomb and North Water streets Sunday morning.
