A 200-block North Washington Street resident reported a stolen bicycle Sunday afternoon.

Cory A. Cook, 25, of Tiffin, was charged with assault early Monday morning.

A 100-block Longfellow Drive resident reported Monday morning a vehicle was entered overnight.

A 100-block East Market Street resident reported Monday morning a bicycle was taken overnight.

A first-block Gary Lane man reported Monday morning his truck was entered overnight.

A person reported Monday afternoon a vehicle in the 300 block of Miami Street was scratched with a key.

County reports

A 100-block Michael Street man reported Sunday night someone broke the padlock off his shed.

A 6000-block North CR 21 woman reported Sunday afternoon copper was stolen from her rental property.

A 1000-block South SR 53 resident reported Monday morning vehicles were gone through.

A first-block Scott Street man reported Monday morning someone broke into his house.

Fostoria reports

A 700-block Cherry Street man reported Sunday afternoon a woman threw a rock and cracked the window on his vehicle.

A person from the emergency room at ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., requested an officer for an uncooperative patient Sunday night.

Tiffin accident

A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after a non-injury accident at South Washington and Glenn streets Monday morning.

County accidents

A deputy struck a tree in the road on East TR 138 early Monday morning. It was removed 15 minutes later.

A semi struck a guard rail at East CR 34 and North CR 15 Monday morning.

Fostoria accidents

John A. Reinicke, 69, of Michigan, was cited with improper passing after an accident on US 23 Friday afternoon. Peter F. Goldsmith, 44, of Fostoria, a passenger in a vehicle driven by Thomas L. Dohner, 46, of Fostoria, was taken by Fostoria Fire Division to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.

An accident was reported at South Union and West Center streets Monday morning. A registration belonging to a bus garage was listed in the police report. A message was left Monday night for Capt. Patrick Brooks.

An employee of Clark Oil, 600 N. Countyline St., requested an officer Monday afternoon for a person who attempted to use a credit card that did not belong to them. It was under investigation.

An 800-block North Main Street man reported Monday afternoon he needed an officer. A man could be heard in the background yelling he had been assaulted. A person was arrested.
