A person reported Saturday afternoon a man was stuck in a hole on the railroad near the 300 block of East Perry Street. Dakota R. Pence, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct and open container.
A theft was reported at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, Saturday afternoon.
An assault at McGowan’s Tavern, 255 N. Washington St., was reported Saturday evening.

A 15000-block East CR 46 resident requested a deputy for a theft Sunday afternoon.
An employee of Circle K, 551 E. Lytle St., requested to speak to an officer Friday afternoon about a person who used a fraudulent credit card in the establishment.

A woman was charged with animal cruelty Saturday evening after an incident in the 1000 block of North Countyline Street.
A 500-block North Poplar Street woman reported early Sunday morning her boyfriend witnessed a man ride off with his push mower.
A 500-block Eisenhower Drive man went to the station Sunday morning and requested to speak with an officer. He had been helping a person find his daughter, and when they found her, she was in a car with another teen. He attempted to try to run her down. The incident was under investigation.
A non-injury accident was reported on Tomb Street Saturday afternoon.
