Lalo Z. Ludwick, 36, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Tuesday.
A 700-block Woodward Avenue woman reported Monday afternoon a laptop was stolen from her home.
A man reported Tuesday morning his son was using his checks without permission and also was using his vehicle. Shaun M. Cramer, 25, of Fostoria, was charged with driving without consent.
A 200-block Atha Avenue woman reported Tuesday morning she saw someone steal a grill from her neighbor’s backyard.
A 300-block East Tiffin Street woman reported Tuesday afternoon someone stole money out of her apartment.
