Shaquiel L. Taylor, 22, of Fostoria, was arrested on active warrants Sunday night in the 200 block of South Union Street. He also was charged with resisting arrest after he ran from police and into an apartment. Another man, Ruben L. Taylor Jr., 20, of Fostoria, who allegedly wouldn’t let police into his apartment, was charged with obstruction.
