A person from Shell, 247 S. Sandusky St., went to the station Sunday afternoon to report a person left a credit card, pumped $148 in diesel and didn’t get the card back. The diesel did not get paid for.
Jeffrey D. Carman, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with drugs-paraphernalia and restrictions on possession Sunday evening.
A 200-block South Washington Street woman reported Sunday evening someone stole $100 from her purse.
A first-block Virginia Avenue man reported Sunday evening his vehicle was broken into overnight. Some loose change was stolen.

A 700-block East Fremont Street woman reported Sunday night her juvenile child had sexual contact with an adult. The incident occurred in Allen County, so the woman was advised to contact an agency there.

Scott C. Blair, 51, of Carey, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at Columbus Avenue and Fall Street Friday afternoon. The other driver, Allison L. Caldwell, 27, and passengers Hailey Wesney 8, and Jaiden Wesney, 4, all of Tiffin, were transported by Fostoria Fire Division.
Jesse L. Troub, 37, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after accident on South Poplar Street Friday morning. A passenger, Bonnie M. Dube, 36, of Fostoria, was taken by Fostoria Fire Division to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.
