A first-block Dallas Street woman reported Thursday afternoon a theft occurred at her house a month ago.
Christine L. Hetzel, 53, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension and a display of plates violation Thursday evening.
A 500-block West Market Street woman reported Thursday evening three wires had been cut under the dash of her locked vehicle.
Blaze A. Hoffman, 18, of Tiffin, was charged with underage possession/consumption, theft, obstruction and criminal mischief early Friday morning. According to reports, he was arrested after it was reported a male was trying to get into vehicles in the 300 block of Jefferson Street. The man initially ran from police but was apprehended in an alley.
Foster L. Tucker, 18, of Columbia Station, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia early Friday morning.

Ann Marie Torres, 39, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead following an accident Oct. 3 at West Tiffin Street and Lakeview Drive. The other driver, Samantha A. Castro, 34, of Fostoria, suffered non-incapacitating injuries.

Arthur H. Ball, 75, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead following an accident Tuesday afternoon at North Countyline Street and Park Avenue. A passenger in his vehicle, Loreta V. Ball, 74, of Tiffin, was transported to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
