A first-block Charlotte Street man reported Thursday night his ex broke into his apartment.
A caller from Mercy Tiffin Hospital reported early Friday morning two people who said they were assaulted were being treated. The pair told police the assault happened somewhere near Washington Elementary School. Earlier in the morning, another assault victim went to the hospital
