A first-block Minerva Street man reported early Monday morning someone banged on his door and took off. He requested to speak to an officer.
A caller reported Monday afternoon a vacant rental property in the 200 block of Jefferson Street was broken into within the last couple of weeks.
Peter T. Luka, 29, of Morral, was charged with open container Friday. He also was cited with a traffic control device violation.
Joshua R. Smith, 31, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated early Sunday morning.
