A man reported Sunday evening two dogs jumped out of a window of a parked car and attacked his dog in the first block of Rosa Street. He said he had been walking his dog.
A 1600-block West Market Street woman reported Sunday evening items were stolen from her home.
A suspicious letter was reported Monday morning at U.S. Post Office, 175 S. Monroe St.
Jerritt L. Tackett, 37, of Willard, was charged with open container Friday.
Michelle J. Slemmer, 41, of New Riegel, was charged with disorderly conduct Friday.
A 100-block Gormley Street woman reported Sunday afternoon she was assaulted at Pelton’s Mobile Home Park.
A cell phone was reported stolen from Meadowbrook Park Sunday night.
A caller reported early Monday morning a Jeep was in a ditch in the first block of East TR 150. According to the report, the vehicle had been parked at a different location prior to its discovery. The incident was listed as a theft.
A man reported Monday morning his truck was vandalized in the area of East TR 150 and North SR 53.
A 3000-block North CR 33 woman reported Monday morning a prescription was missing from her truck.
Bryant Anderson, 50, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Friday.
A caller reported Sunday afternoon a boyfriend hit a girlfriend in the area of South Poplar and East Lytle streets. The pair then continued walking. According to the report, two women were arrested. One was pepper-sprayed, and an ambulance was requested at the scene, the report states. The report also indicates one of the women arrested was Danashia A. Meekins, 19, of Fostoria. She was charged with assault, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
Melanie A. Shaver, 24, of Fostoria, was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing official business Sunday.
A 300-block East Sixth Street woman reported Sunday afternoon the father of her child kicked in TVs at her residence.
A man reported Sunday night his cell phone was stolen at his child’s birthday party. He believed someone on Sycamore Street had the phone.
A car struck a tree early Monday morning in the 4000 block of North CR 25. According to Fostoria Police reports, a woman left the accident scene on foot. Further details were unavailable Monday evening, a State Highway Patrol spokeswoman said.
Tiffin firefighters were called to 191 Miami St. Sunday afternoon for a special type of incident.
Sycamore firefighters were called to 3055 S. SR 100 Sunday evening for the smell of smoke.
Kansas firefighters were called to North CR 25 early Monday morning for an accident.
Attica fire and EMS were called to the area of SR 4 and CR 24 Monday afternoon for a strong odor of gas.
Tiffin EMS had one squad run Sunday afternoon, two squad runs Sunday evening and one squad run early Monday morning. An ambulance also was needed once Monday morning.
