A 300-block Wall Street person reported Thursday evening a vehicle had been vandalized twice.
Jack D. Chiow, 53, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and rapid acceleration early Friday morning.
A bad check was reported Friday afternoon in the 200 block of North Washington Street.
Bradley A. Bowersox, 25, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of a controlled substance for an incident July 25.
A break-in was reported Thursday evening in the 200 block of South Main Street.
A woman went to the station Friday morning to report unauthorized charges on her bank card.
An attempted break-in was reported Thursday afternoon in the 200 block of Rock Street.
A 200-block East High Street woman reported Thursday afternoon her vehicle was broken into sometime between Friday and Monday. A few items were taken.
A caller from Mi Tequila, 1659 N. Countyline St., reported Thursday night they found two baggies of a suspicious substance. The baggies, which contained suspected cocaine and crystal meth, were taken by police.
A suspected bag of marijuana was confiscated Friday afternoon after police were called to the 800 block of Williston Avenue for a man who trashed a vehicle.
Beatrice Frias, 86, of Fostoria, was cited with a stop sign violation following an accident July 27 at North Union and East Jones streets. The other driver involved, Angela M. Hahn, 30, of Fostoria, was transported to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.
