A counterfeit $5 bill was reported Monday afternoon at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18.
A woman went to the station Monday evening to report her son’s vehicle had been stolen.
A caller reported early Tuesday morning kids were messing around near Noble Elementary School, 130 Minerva St. The juveniles were released to their parents.
A clerk from Circle K, 806 W. Market St., reported early Tuesday morning an intoxicated man took items off of a grill and ate them in the bathroom. The clerk confronted the man, but he walked out of the store.
Christina M. Eberly, 39, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct early Tuesday morning. A man also was charged with disorderly conduct, according to the police report. The man, who was transported to the Seneca County jail, suffered a head laceration from falling while being tased in a holding cell. An ambulance was sent to the jail.
A theft was reported Tuesday morning in the first block of South Washington Street.
An 8000-block North SR 101 man reported Monday afternoon he received a credit card from a store in the mail along with a bill for more $900.
A caller reported Monday afternoon a 2-year-old was running into the street unattended. The child was returned to a babysitter and police were to contact the child’s mother.
A woman reported Monday evening she was stuck in a car inside of Superwash, 625 N. Countyline St. A worker arrived and opened the door.
A 100-block Findlay Street boy reported Monday night his stepather slapped him and slammed him into a wall. Police spoke to all involved and found no marks on the boy.
A 1000-block Lynn Street caller reported Tuesday morning a van was parked in a yard. The vehicle, which had its keys inside, had been stolen and returned in the morning. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.
A person went to the station Tuesday morning to report a bad check.
Kathy L. Elchert, 43, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to control following an accident Sunday afternoon on Dwight Street.
Tiffin EMS had two squad runs Monday afternoon and one squad run Monday evening. Ambulances also were needed once early Tuesday morning and twice Tuesday morning.
McCutchenville fire and New Riegel EMS had a squad run Monday night.
Sycamore fire had a squad run early Tuesday morning.
