A caller from Uncle Mike’s Dairy Bar, 274 S. Washington St., reported a counterfeit $100 bill Thursday night. A caller from Shake Shak, 179 N. Washington St., also reported receiving a counterfeit $100 bill Thursday night.
A 100-block Grand Avenue woman reported Thursday night she believed someone may be hiding in her basement. She found a door open and lights on. Police checked the residence and were unable to locate any problems.
A first-block Rosewood Drive caller reported Friday morning a woman with a stray dog was walking through yards in the area and picking up things. The caller said the woman also was entering vehicles. The woman, who had left Firelands Counseling and Recovery Services, was located by police. The dog was taken to the Seneca County Humane Society.
A first-block Gibson Street woman reported Friday afternoon she heard someone in her residence when she arrived home. A light also was on. Police checked the residence and were unable to locate anyone.
A theft of a bicycle was reported Friday afternoon in the 300 block of North Washington Street.
Bo A. Kin, 35, of Fremont, was charged with passing bad checks for an incident July 19. He also was charged with violating a protection order for an incident Aug. 4.
A 1000-block North TR 21 man reported Thursday evening a wallet was stolen out of his vehicle.
A fight between two inmates was reported Friday morning at the Seneca County jail, 3040 S. SR 100. One adult was arrested, according to the report. An ambulance was not requested, a Seneca County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman said.
A person went to the station Friday morning to report a fraud.
A woman reported Friday afternoon a printer fell off of a truck and damaged her vehicle in the 6000 block of East TR 1068.
Alton K. Moran, 18, of Fostoria, was charged with criminal damaging for an incident July 15.

A 200-block East South Street man reported Thursday night someone entered his basement window. Police were unable to locate anyone and secured the residence.
