A 100-block South Kansas Street woman reported Thursday afternoon her son sold her gun without her permission.
Shane A. Marker Jr., 22, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of marijuana Sunday.
A 500-block West Tiffin Street man reported Wednesday afternoon someone broke into his residence and stole his wife’s wedding ring set. Medication also was taken.
A person from Family Video, 101 Perry St., went to the station Wednesday afternoon to report someone who rented video games sold them elsewhere.
A person went to the station Wednesday evening to report two bicycles were stolen.
A 200-block Potter Street woman reported Wednesday evening someone stole medication from her residence.
A man reported Wednesday evening he was hit with something while riding his motorcycle down East North Street. Two juveniles on a porch denied hitting the man anything from a sling shot. According to the report, two juveniles were arrested.
A vehicle break-in was reported Thursday morning in the 1200 block of Perrysburg Road.
A 600-block Cherry Street person requested to speak to an officer Thursday afternoon about a kitten that was shot with a BB gun.
James A. Bonham, 31, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to control following an accident Tuesday morning in the B&B Food Mark Lot, 265 N. Washington St.
Sanford I. Mullins, 46, of Bloomville, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Tuesday evening. He also was cited with left-of-center and a seatbelt violation.
Geraldine Smith, 71, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon in the 2000 block of CR 26. She and the other driver involved, Jill Ransome, 37, of Gahanna, were transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital with minor injuries. A 15-year-old passenger in Ransome’s vehicle also was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital with minor injuries.
An overturned vehicle was found early Thursday morning in a ditch on West TR 84 near North CR 25. No one was found near the vehicle. A State Highway Patrol spokeswoman said Thursday evening further details were unavailable.
