Chastity D. Oberst, 39, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and improper lane change/marked Sunday after an incident Saturday.

Edana C. Carter, 42, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Sunday after an incident Saturday.

Kelvin A. Addis, 53, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Sunday after an incident Saturday.

A 200-block Jefferson Street woman reported Saturday afternoon her medication was stolen by a woman she knew.

A 100-block North Washington Street woman reported Saturday afternoon her vehicle was scratched with a key.

A person from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, requested Saturday evening a report be on file for a theft of more than $700 in air conditioning units from the store Tuesday.

Carl P. Zoeller, 57, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and speed-excess limits early Sunday morning.

A person went to the station Sunday afternoon to report a vehicle was damaged while at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18.

A 600-block South Sandusky Street resident went to the station Sunday afternoon to report a sexual assault. A message was left for a Tiffin Police Department spokesman Sunday afternoon.

County reports

A man in the 6000 block of South TR 131 reported Saturday afternoon a basement door and shed door had been kicked in.

A person in the 8000 block of East TR 178 reported Saturday night shots were fired. The person believed fighting was going on. A person was detained. A message was left for a Seneca County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Sunday afternoon.

A 7000-block North TR 1050 woman reported Sunday morning someone put screws in her driveway. A man was issued a no-trespass order.

A first-block West TR 1020 woman reported Sunday afternoon a semi drove through her yard and damaged her landscape.

Law enforcement investigated a stolen vehicle in the first block of East New Haven Street Sunday afternoon.

Fostoria reports

A person flagged down an officer in the 1000 block of South Poplar Street Saturday afternoon and reported juveniles were smoking marijuana on Eagle Street.

A 200-block North Countyline Street woman reported Saturday evening her roommate’s boyfriend broke into the house. A man was arrested.

A 500-block North Poplar Street woman reported early Sunday morning her boyfriend hit her in the face.

An officer responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of South Main Street early Sunday morning. A man was jumped by two unknown men and EMS was to transport a person to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital. Capt. Patrick Brooks of Fostoria Police Department said the victim refused to cooperate and didn’t want charges filed.

A 400-block Columbus Avenue woman reported Sunday morning a man threatened her. Brandon M. Cooper, 29, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence and aggravated menacing. Brooks said a woman was assaulted but did not go to the hospital.

Tiffin accident

David J. Alvarez, 27, of Fostoria, was cited with improper turn/turn signal usage after an accident at East Market Street and Al Court Friday evening.

An accident was reported on South SR 231 early Sunday morning.

Tiffin EMS had one squad run early Sunday morning and two squad runs Sunday morning. Sycamore fire assisted early Sunday morning, and Clinton fire assisted Sunday morning.

Bettsville EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Saturday afternoon. Bettsville EMS and fire also had a squad run Saturday evening.

Green Springs EMS and fire had a squad run Sunday morning.

Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Sunday afternoon.
