John W. Warren, 48, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to yield right-of-way at intersections through a highway Saturday evening.
A person at South Washington and Charlotte streets reported early Sunday morning a man was soliciting people for sex.
A person from Circle K, 73 Melmore St., reported Sunday morning a man may have taken beer from the cooler.
A physical disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Circular Street Sunday afternoon.
A person from Clinton Lake Campgrounds, 4990 E. TR 122, reported Saturday afternoon finding drug paraphernalia in the shower room.
An 8000-block West CR 592 man reported Saturday evening he returned home, and his garage lock had been broken. He could tell his lawn mower had been stolen.
