Jeremy W. Hoker, 33, of Tiffin, was charged with refusing to identify self, obstructing official business, drug possession/abuse and disorderly conduct Tuesday night. A person had reported an intoxicated man was stumbling in the first block of North Sandusky Street. After initially running away from police for a few minutes, Hoker was arrested on Clay Street.
A caller reported Tuesday night four girls were walking and flashing people in the area of Ella and South Sandusky streets.
A 200-block West Perry Street caller reported early Wednesday morning tools were taken from a vehicle overnight.
A 100-block Second Avenue person reported early Wednesday morning a brick had been thrown through a vehicle window.
