A person in the first block of Main Street reported Thursday afternoon a tenant broke through a wall to get to the apartment next door.
A man reported Thursday evening he was at a stop light near a location in the 300 block of East Perry Street when two men got out of a vehicle and slapped his passenger in the face. There were no visible injuries, and no one was charged.
A male admitted to stealing an Xbox during a traffic stop on East Perry Street Thursday evening.
John D. Burton, 46, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Thursday night.
Jacqueline R. Rolak, 29, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Thursday night.
A man advised early Friday morning he cut himself while throwing away his beer bottle, which had broken at Stiney’s Three Oaks Tavern, 255 Second Ave. A sergeant advised the wounds were consistent on both hands and appeared to be defensive wounds. The man denied anything happening.
A woman in the 1000 block of West Market Street reported Friday morning there was fingernail polish on her car from a neighbor child.
A 200-block East Market Street resident went to the station Friday morning to report a stolen ring.
An employee of CROSSWAEH went to the station Thursday evening to file an escape complaint.
A citation of failure to yield from a private drive was issued after a non-injury accident on Coe Street Friday morning.
Karen L. Miller, 67, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield after stop after an accident at SR 101 and SR 19 July 10. She was taken by Republic EMS to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.
Jacqueline M. Bodart, 62, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at West North and North Countyline streets July 1.
William P. Minich, 42, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on West Culbertson Street July 11.

Tiffin firefighters responded to an outside equipment fire at 46 Minerva St. Thursday night.
Tiffin firefighters responded to a smoke detector activation at 190 St. Francis Ave. Friday morning. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.
