An adult parole authority official requested an officer Wednesday afternoon to assist with a person who tested positive for drugs. A man passed out in the cruiser, and an ambulance was dispatched.
A first-block Beechwood Drive woman reported Wednesday afternoon she believed someone tampered with her vehicle.
A 100-block West Davis Street man reported Wednesday evening a riding lawn mower he had for sale was taken.
Richard C. Altwies, 58, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday evening.
A 200-block South Monroe Street resident reported Wednesday evening items were taken from a vehicle.
Firelands reported early Thursday morning a man was suicidal. A person was taken to the emergency room to seek treatment for a dog bite and to speak with Firelands.
A 200-block Clay Street man went to the station Thursday afternoon to report fraudulent charges on his credit card.
CSX advised Wednesday afternoon it had a train stopped at South SR 4 and East TR 104 due to mechanical issues. It advised of possible tampering with the trains by unknown people who were approximately west of the intersection. Later, the train was moving, and law enforcement was unable to locate anyone down and around the tracks.
