A 400-block Circular Street man reported Wednesday night three solar lights were taken from his residence.

Daniel P. Raufer, 21, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Thursday morning.

Brandon T. Gernert, 19, of Sycamore, was charged with disorderly conduct early Thursday morning.

A 100-block Hampden Park man reported Thursday morning neighbors were having a garage sale and people parking in his yard were causing damage.

A first-block Melmore Street woman reported Thursday afternoon her ex-boyfriend stole her keys and cell phone.

County reports

A woman reported Wednesday evening the theft of a tank from the 8000 block of North CR 5.

A 6000-block West Main Street woman reported Wednesday evening the theft of a generator and other items.

A theft of a pistol was reported in the 1000 block of South CR 13 early Thursday morning.

A possible attempted break-in was reported in the first block of West New Haven Street Thursday morning.

A woman reported Thursday morning damage to a property in the 6000 block of North TR 190 after tenants had been evicted.

A 300-block North Broadway Street woman reported Thursday morning the theft of a dog kennel.

A first-block Siesta Drive resident went to the station Thursday afternoon and reported identity theft.

Fostoria reports

A 700-block Circle Drive woman reported Wednesday afternoon her granddaughter was bitten by a dog. The child was taken to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.

Charges of domestic violence and criminal trespass were pending after a man fled prior to law enforcement’s arrival to a situation in the 1000 block of Peeler Drive early Thursday morning.

A 300-block South Poplar Street resident went to the station Thursday morning and requested to speak to an officer about items that were stolen.

An 800-block Bugner Street man reported Thursday afternoon a woman attempted to run over him with a vehicle.

Tiffin accidents

Anthony D. Hetzel, 18, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to control after an accident on North Sandusky Street Wednesday afternoon. He was driving a commercial tree trimming truck pulling a wood chipper and was following another tree trimming vehicle. He failed to see it stopping.

A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported at Gibson and South Washington streets Wednesday evening.

Donald J. Hutzel, 79, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield right-of-way at an intersection after an accident on West Market Street Thursday morning.

County accident

An accident was reported at South TR 15 and East SR 18 Wednesday evening.

State Highway Patrol

A truck spilled fluid on West CR 38 Thursday morning. A company was to respond for cleanup.

Fostoria accidents

Dale A. Keller, 73, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to maintain control after an accident on West Lytle Street early Tuesday morning. He attempted to make a left-hand turn, went off the roadway and struck a house. He was not transported to a hospital.

An accident was reported at Summit and North Countyline streets Wednesday afternoon.

An accident was reported at Park Avenue and North Countyline Street Wednesday afternoon.

An accident was reported on Woodward Avenue Wednesday evening.

Fire

Tiffin firefighters were called to severe weather or natural disaster at 53 S. Monroe St. Wednesday afternoon.

Tiffin firefighters were called to a smoke detector activation due to malfunction at 154 S. Washington St. Wednesday evening.

Tiffin firefighters were called to a power line down at Wellington Place and Pinecrest Drive Wednesday evening and Wednesday night.

Bascom fire was called to a live line across North SR 587 Wednesday night.

Bellevue fire was called to a tree on fire at North TR 82 and East CR 32 Wednesday night.

Bascom fire and EMS were called to an oil spill on the roadway Thursday morning.

EMS

Tiffin EMS had three squad runs Wednesday afternoon, three squad runs Wednesday evening, one squad run Wednesday night, one squad run early Thursday morning and two squad runs Thursday morning. Clinton fire assisted Thursday morning.

New Riegel EMS, McCutchenville fire and the Echo unit had squad runs Thursday morning.
