Jesse B. King, 20, of Tiffin, was charged with drugs-marijuana paraphernalia and drugs-possession/abuse Saturday evening.

A person from Circle K, 272 N. Sandusky St., reported a shoplifter Saturday night.

Justin J. Young, 25, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct early Sunday morning.

Jessica L. Eisenhard, 29, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct early Sunday morning.

James A. Sherman, 28, of Tiffin, was charged with improper left turn and operating a vehicle while intoxicated early Sunday morning.

Daniel L. Cattell, 38, of Rossford, was charged with disorderly conduct early Sunday morning.

A person in the 200 block of South Washington Street reported early Sunday morning damage to a trash can.

A 100-block West Perry Street resident reported Sunday afternoon the theft of a fire ring.

County reports

A 4000-block North SR 53 woman reported Saturday evening someone had taken two bicycles.

A 5000-block North CR 21 man reported Saturday evening he got home and found some items were gone.

The manager of Expressions, 2975 W. US 224, reported Saturday evening a semi pulled through the parking lot and damaged the blacktop.

Law enforcement investigated a breaking and entering or burglary in the 3000 block of West TR 26 Saturday night.

A person from Seneca County Jail, 3040 S. SR 100, requested assistance in D Block for a fight Sunday morning.

A man from the 2000 block of North TR 155 went to the station Sunday morning to speak with a deputy about his girlfriend slapping him.

A 100-block South Broadway Street resident requested to speak with an officer Sunday morning about the theft of a cell phone.

Fostoria reports

A woman in the 300 block of East 6th Street reported Saturday evening a man hit her in the back of the head, and the man reported she hit him with a phone.

A 600-block James Marie Court woman reported Saturday evening the tires were slashed on a vehicle.

A 200-block West High Street man reported Saturday evening someone took his dog cable wire from a yard.

A 700-block Circle Drive woman reported Saturday night she walked out of her house and noticed the dome lights were on in her vehicle. The door was messed with, but entry was not gained.

A 1000-block North Countyline Street man reported Saturday night his neighbors were throwing water balloons. Several people were struck, and possible charges were pending.

A person in the 200 block of East Crocker Street reported early Sunday morning a woman was out of control and assaulting people. A woman later was arrested when a person at the residence reported a woman was being disorderly again.

Fighting was reported in the 200 block of East Crocker Street early Sunday morning.

A person in the 200 block of East Crocker Street reported Sunday morning people were arguing. A person later reported a person was beating someone up. A semi-automatic gun was found in the yard. Possible charges were pending.

A woman reported Sunday morning her boyfriend stole her television from the 200 block of Columbus Avenue. Statements were taken for assault.

A 500-block Mcdougal Street woman reported Sunday afternoon her ex-boyfriend took a lot of items from her residence.

An emergency room nurse from ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., requested an officer Sunday afternoon for an assault. A person was jumped on North Street between Union and Countyline streets. It was unknown who the people were or what it was about. A message was left for a Fostoria Police Department spokesman Sunday evening.

Tiffin accidents

Cora J. Hepp, 68, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield after a stop sign after an accident at Franklin and Clay streets Friday morning.

A boy on a bicycle was struck by a vehicle at South Monroe and East Perry streets Sunday afternoon. A Tiffin Police Department spokesman said the boy had minor injuries but was not transported to a hospital.

Fostoria accident

A citation of failure to yield was issued after a non-injury accident at Van Buren and North Vine streets Saturday afternoon.

Fire

Tiffin firefighters were called to an outside rubbish, trash or waste fire at 151 2nd Ave. Saturday afternoon and evening.

EMS

Tiffin EMS had a squad run Saturday evening and a squad run Sunday morning. Sycamore fire assisted with a call Saturday.

Green Springs fire and EMS had a squad run Saturday night.

Bettsville fire, Bascom EMS and the Echo unit had a squad run Sunday morning.

Green Springs fire had a squad run Sunday morning.

New Riegel EMS, NBS fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Sunday afternoon.
