A boy in the 11000 block of West TR 114 reported early Sunday morning his brother was fighting with his mother.

Daniel H. Schirtzinger, 39, of Marion, was cited with driving under suspension after an accident on SR 53 early Thursday morning. The other driver, David M. Waldron, 70, of Carey, was taken to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.
