Jacqueline R. Rolak, 29, of Tiffin, was charged with complicity Wednesday.
John D. Burton, 46, of Tiffin, was charged with theft and retaining property Wednesday.
Kori W. Tyree, 37, of Tiffin, was charged with tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and littering Wednesday night. According to reports, police had stopped a man on East Market Street to talk to him when he threw a bottle of pills into the river. The fire department was contacted to recover the bottle.
A caller reported an assault Wednesday night in the first block of Miami Street. The victim, who had visible injuries, did not want to file charges and would not cooperate with an investigation, according to the report.
An officer was requested Thursday morning in the 200 block of Sixth Avenue for the report of bad checks.

A third caller in the 10000 block of West CR 28 reported a break-in, and two break-ins also were reported in the 9000 block of West CR 28.
A first-block Jefferson Street caller reported Thursday afternoon a dog was chasing people down the street and also had bitten a child.
Dustin E. Westenbarger, 34, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday.

A man called police Thursday morning and said he had a warrant and would meet officers in the 1200 block of Peeler Drive. He told dispatch that multiple officers should respond. According to the report, the man did not show up to the location.
