A person reported Friday evening a man may have been hurting a woman and blood was on the walls in the first block of Minerva Street.

Olumide J. Olanrewaju, 21, of Tiffin, was charged with theft Friday night.

A person reported Saturday morning someone in the 100 block of Dallas Street was having problems with a nephew who lives next door not returning her property.

A person went to the station Saturday afternoon to report child abuse/neglect in the first block of Clinton Avenue.

A first-block Wentz Street man reported Saturday afternoon he was working in his garage and a man came up behind him. The man took off.

County reports

A woman reported Friday afternoon a house in the 500 block of South CR 23 was broken into and a pillowcase, jewelry and jewelry box were taken.

People from the 1000 block of West CR 48 went to the station Friday afternoon to report credit card fraud.

A 100-block West High Street man reported Friday afternoon his garage had tools and a bicycle taken from it.

Fostoria reports

A woman reported Friday afternoon someone stole her credit card numbers and had made purchases.

An ambulance and officer were requested in the 200 block of East North Street Friday afternoon for a boy bleeding profusely after being bitten by a dog. The report was to be forwarded to the dog warden.

An officer in the 200 block of East North Street advised Friday evening a boy was shot in the face with a BB gun.

A 200-block West South Street man reported Friday evening his 11-year-old son was throwing a ball at a child’s head and was punching his brother.

A 200-block North Vine Street woman reported early Saturday morning her ex-boyfriend tore up her house and assaulted her. Both people had injuries and refused to press charges.

An altercation was reported in the 400 block of North Town Street Saturday morning.

Tiffin accident

A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Miami and Allen streets Friday afternoon.

County accident

A person went to Mercy Tiffin Hospital after a four-wheeler accident in the 6000 block of East US 224 Friday night.

Fostoria accidents

Scott E. Luce, 28, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to yield left turn after an accident at North Countyline and West Culbertson streets March 26.

Jason M. Gee, 31, of Kentucky, was cited with backing without due regard after an accident at West Jones and North Main streets March 27.

Sierra N. Avalon, 21, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Findlay Street Wednesday afternoon.

A two-vehicle accident was reported at Perry and West High streets Friday afternoon.

Fire

Tiffin firefighters were called to an alarm system activation at 255 Main St. Friday evening. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

Bascom fire and EMS, Bettsville fire and Kansas fire were called to a possible grass fire Saturday afternoon.

EMS

Tiffin EMS had two squad runs Friday afternoon and one squad run early Saturday morning.

Bloomville fire and EMS had a squad run Saturday morning.

Green Springs fire and EMS and the Echo unit had a squad run Saturday morning.

New Riegel EMS, NBS fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Saturday afternoon.
