A 200-block South Washington Street woman reported Sunday afternoon someone put varnish in a washer she had in the basement.
Scott A. Boyd, 47, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Sunday evening.
A fight involving several men and a woman was reported early Monday morning in the 100 block of East Market Street. According to the report, Jeffrey D. Morrison Jr., 21, of Tiffin, was charged with obstruction.
