Adam W. Copsey, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with felony assault early Saturday morning. According to police reports, a man reported he was punched in the nose.
Ryan E. Groot, 28, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of cocaine Saturday.
Joanna Levario, 30, of Fremont, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia Saturday.
A disturbance was reported Sunday evening at East Tiffin and Cadwallader streets. According to a report, a girl threw a bottle that exploded.

A man was given three citations for driving under suspension Monday morning during a traffic stop in the 100 block of West High Street. According to a report, police could smell marijuana on the man and a small amount of marijuana was located in the vehicle. Another person was cited with wrongful entrustment.
A 1200-block Johnson Drive caller reported receiving two scam phone calls Monday morning from a company claiming it could clean up any virus infecting a computer.
A woman requested to speak to an officer Monday afternoon about a possible assault that happened to her 7-year-old son.
A 200-block Watson Avenue caller reported receiving a scam phone call Monday afternoon from a company offering medical cards.
A person went to the station Monday afternoon to speak to an officer about a scam.
Miles A. Englehart, 23, of Carey, was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident April 8.
Eric E. Kesler, 28, of Tiffin, was charged with failure to notify an address change Wednesday.
Jacob T. O’Neill, 24, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday.
Joseph Schock, 66, of Tiffin, received minor injuries when he was struck by a vehicle Monday afternoon in a parking lot at Mercy Tiffin Hospital. Sgt. Laverne Keefe of Tiffin Police Department said Schock was struck near the parking lot entrance by a vehicle driven by Helen Winland, 77, of Tiffin. Schock was treated and released from Mercy Tiffin Hospital. Keefe said no citations were expected to be issued.
