A plastic statue was found hanging from a rope over a bridge in the first block of Riverside Drive Monday morning. CSX was notified.
A 100-block Melmore Street woman reported Monday morning she found footprints around several windows and around a door she found open.
Michael W. Root, 21, of Green Springs, was charged with theft for an incident Jan. 22.
Adam T. Slavey, 19, of Carey, was charged with criminal damaging and criminal trespass for an incident Jan. 26.

Brian K. Tiell, 50, of Fostoria, was charged with illegal transportation of a weapon Friday.
A person reported a sexual assault Sunday night. The incident involved a female juvenile and was reported to have happened in the city limits. The girl went to the Marion General Hospital emergency room, according to the report. Capt. Patrick Brooks of the Fostoria Police Department said police are unsure whether the incident occurred in Fostoria. It remains under investigation.
A 400-block West Lytle Street woman reported Sunday night someone attempted to break into her residence. She said an item was inside of a lock on a door.
A woman reported early Monday morning she believed her bank card was taken from a business in the 100 block of North Main Street.
An officer was requested Monday afternoon at Circle K, 551 E. Lytle St., because of a shoplifting incident that occurred overnight.
Cody C. Tantari, 19, of Weston, was cited with improper passing following a two-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon at US 224 and SR 19.
A single vehicle accident was reported Monday afternoon at West TR 132 and CR 11. A man suffered facial and hand injuries. Reports did not indicate whether he was transported to the hospital.
