A first-block Hampden Park caller reported a possible scam Thursday night.
A 100-block East Perry Street woman reported Thursday night her son threatened to blow up her car. He later returned to the residence and caused a disturbance. Francis F. Ducas, 40, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct.
A man in the 2000 block of West SR 18 reported Friday morning his girlfriend hit him three times and was trying to put marks on herself so he would get in trouble. Police were unable to locate the couple.
A 17-year-old boy from Tiffin was charged with juvenile delinquency, underage possession/ consumption and disorderly conduct early Friday morning.
A 100-block South Washington Street caller reported early Friday morning an intoxicated male was trying to get into the apartment building.
Sarah S. Vitte, 32, of Fostoria, was charged with littering for an incident Jan. 3.
A 500-block West Center Street woman reported Thursday night someone was trying to break into her house. Police were unable to locate footprints around the residence.
