A juvenile was arrested Tuesday afternoon after an employee of Circle K, 73 Melmore St., reported a shoplifter.

A 100-block West Perry Street man reported Tuesday afternoon his house was broken into and several items were missing.

A man reported Tuesday afternoon he was involved in a road rage incident. He said another driver cut him off, got out of his vehicle and tried to climb on his car.

A caller from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported early Wednesday morning a male made a purchase with his grandmother’s check and then tried to return the merchandise.

A caller from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported early Wednesday morning a man in a gray car was running into things in the parking lot.

A first-block Westwood Drive person reported Wednesday morning they were receiving obscene text messages.

County reports

Douglas A. Covert, 51, of Bloomville, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Tuesday night.

A 1000-block West CR 52 man reported Wednesday morning a rent check that was in his mailbox had been stolen.

Fostoria reports

A man reported Tuesday night someone stole diesel fuel out of his semi-truck while it was parked in the 900 block of South Springville Avenue.

A 700-block Circle Drive woman reported Tuesday night her house had been broken into and numerous items were missing.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 600 N. River Road Tuesday evening for a sprinkler activation due to a malfunction.


Tiffin EMS had one squad run Tuesday afternoon and three squad runs Wednesday morning.
