The theft of a cell phone was reported Thursday afternoon. A woman reported she sent her son, who lives in Tiffin, a cell phone through the mail and it did not arrive.
Francis E. Fleury, 39, of Tiffin, was charged with failure to notify an address change Monday.
A 500-block East SR 18 woman reported Thursday evening someone was in her apartment while she wasn’t home. Some items were taken.
A 400-block Stadium Drive woman reported Thursday evening medication had been stolen.

A person was cited with failure to control following a one-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon in the 200 block of Charlotte Street. The vehicle had hit a mailbox and then a tree.
