Lindsey T. Bassitt, 21, of Elida, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and violating one-way traffic early Sunday morning.

Richard C. Cleveland, 41, of Republic, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated early Sunday morning.

Brandon L. Nye, 29, of Tiffin, was charged with assault Sunday.

A woman went to the station Monday afternoon to report her son was assaulted after school.

A first-block Lincoln Road woman reported Tuesday morning a girl was in her yard claiming she lost her iPod and was looking for it. Police could not find the girl.

A man in the 600 block of McDougal Street reported Monday night another man threatened his girlfriend and her daughter while they were taking a walk.

A female juvenile was arrested Tuesday morning at Fostoria High School, 1001 Park Ave. Reports indicate she was charged with aggravated menacing.

An employee of Fostoria Community Hospital reported Tuesday morning a patient had pain medication stolen from his residence.

A manager of Kmart, 620 Plaza Drive, reported Tuesday afternoon a man in a vehicle was watching people with binoculars. Police were unable to locate the man.

A possible theft was reported Tuesday afternoon at Circle K, 551 E. Lytle St.
