Area native receives award at Beef Expo
MARYSVILLE – Allison King of Seneca County received an award in the Reserve Chianina category at The Ohio Cattlemen’s Association Junior Show March 16 during the 2014 Ohio Beef Expo. During the expo, 692 steers and heifers were spotlighted.
H-L board reschedules meeting

Students ask for clothing donations
FREMONT Vanguard Technology Center Criminal Justice students are seeking gently used clothing, shoe and toy donations as part of their community service project, “The Caring Closet.”
Students Jennifer Salazar, Maranda Schultz and Kayla Wheeler founded the project.
If anyone has gently used items to donate, items can be dropped off at Vanguard Tech Center’s visitor entrance, 1306 Cedar St., Fremont.
