Jolly's moving to Laird | Advertiser-Tribune Jolly's Drive-In has found a new home in downtown Tiffin. According to a release from Seneca Industrial Economic Development Corp., Jolly's owner Diane Hassinger signed a lease Thursday for space in the Laird Arcade building. Hassinger said she signed a one-year lease at 66 E. Market St., where she plans to move Jolly's Drive-In. She said the restaurant would open after Christmas, at the earliest. Hassinger said a kitchen needs to be installed and a wall added. "My plan is to paint the ceiling orange with a white trim," she sai.
