Passing of scissors | Advertiser-Tribune Varsity Barber Shop has welcomed a new face and owner to its staff. Tiffin resident Tayler Bustillos purchased the shop July 1 from Mike Blust, who had owned it since 1969. Blust said he will continue to work alongside Bustillos, who also replaced retired barber Joe Blust. There are no immediate plans for retirement, Mike Blust said. "I'm going to try and cut back a little," he said. "I enjoy my work. If I didn't have some fun, I wouldn't have been here so long.
