Flat Rock Homes, Care Center getting new CEO after retirement | Advertiser-Tribune The Flat Rock Homes board of directors has announced hiring Karen Kilgo as president and CEO of Flat Rock Homes, Care Center and Community Services effective June 1. A release from Flat Rock Homes states Kilgo has 23 years of executive management experience, including 17 years working in mission-driven nonprofit agencies in Atlanta. She most recently served as chief human capital officer at Atlanta Mission, which provides emergency and temporary shelter, recovery programming, job attainment and transitional housing for more than 1,000 men, women and children daily.
