The Food Channel predicted a no-tipping future on its list of 2016 Top Ten Trends. Michael Pinkston, owner of Empire at 138 restaurant in Tiffin, likes this trend. "I would be delighted to do away with tipped employees," Pinkston said. "The record keeping is cumbersome and the payroll reporting requirements can be a nightmare."
