Mall lines up 2 new tenants | Advertiser-Tribune Tiffin Mall soon will be welcoming two new businesses, and mall management is seeking to fill additional storefronts. Sandy Fitschen, who works for mall management, said a tattoo shop and a business that offers computer repair, internet service and travel services will be opening.  Leases have not been signed. Fitschen said she and mall manager Cindy Christians are seeking to fill even more vacant spots. "We're actively looking for new tenants, we're trying to get anything possible," Fitschen said.
