Irving makes sale at trade show

Irving Equipment, along with thousands of manufacturers and distributors from all over the world, gather annually for the World of Concrete trade show in Las Vegas. The show attracts more than 1,300 exhibitors and 50,000 registered industry professionals.

“We are pleased to announce that the World of Concrete in Las Vegas was a highly successful event for Irving Equipment,” Irving’s president, Joe Irving, stated. “Our company proved to be one of the dominant forces in the industry, with the sale of the largest concrete pump in North America; a Concord 65-meter, which was sold during the show.”

Irving Equipment’s display included a 25-ton PM Crane, with a nearly 69-foot reach. The PM line offers a range of knuckle-boom cranes to suit form-handling needs.

The Irving family has been in the crane business for more than 40 years.

The highlight of the concrete pumping equipment included a 38-meter unit on a Mack Granite truck, configured to operate legally, in any state, with no overweight permits. This helps contractors avoid the added expense of special road permits required in most states. This unit is equipped to operate on American natural gas.

A CIFA PC40 trailer pump unit also was on display, with its newly designed frame and pump cell.
