Emilena L. Daniel and Adam L. Brickner exchanged wedding vows during a double-ring ceremony at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016, at St. Peter Chapel, Alvada, with the Rev. Art Niewiadomski officiating. A reception followed at Meadowbrook Ballroom, Bascom.
The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Denice Daniel of Tiffin. The groom is the son of Douglas and Sandra Brickner of Alvada.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory, lace-strap, sweetheart neckline, A-line, floor-length gown with a chapel-length train. The gown featured crystal and pearl beading and lace appliques. She carried a bouquet of yellow and white roses accented with blue hydrangeas.
Maid of honor was Emily DeWald, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Alexandria Digby and Maria Brodman, friends of the bride; Alysha and Morgan Nye, cousins of the bride; and Maggie Forbess, Nichole England, Tonya Breidenbach and Aleta Daniel, sisters of the bride.
The flower girls were Kalyn England, niece and goddaughter of the bride; and Mallory Brickner, niece and goddaughter of the groom.
Bridesmaids wore floor-length, blue jewel, satin dresses of various styles of their choice. The bridesmaids carried bouquets of yellow carnations. Flower girls wore blue jewel, knee-length, satin dresses with a dark gray lace top. The flower girls carried bouquets of yellow and white carnations.
Best man was Gregory Schalk, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Phillip Kimmet and Timothy Bouillon, friends of the groom; Bradley and Alexander Daniel, brothers of the bride; and Ryan, Lee, Craig and Matthew Brickner, brothers of the groom.
The ring bearer was Lucas Brickner, nephew of the groom and godson of the bride.
The bride is a cosmetologist at Head Shed Salon in Tiffin and a secretary at Thomas Daniel Construction, Tiffin.
The groom is a construction worker for Thomas Daniel Construction, Tiffin.
The couple resides in Bascom after traveling to Pigeon Forge and Nashville, Tennessee, for their honeymoon.
