Meagan Buenger and Nicholas Steyer exchanged wedding vows at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016, at All Saints Catholic Church, New Riegel. The officiant was Father Tim Kummerer. A reception followed the ceremony at Meadowbrook Ballroom, Bascom.
The bride is the daughter of Michelle Ross of Deshler and Roger Buenger of Bryan. The groom is the son of Philip and Margaret Steyer of Alvada.
The bride, given in marriage by her mother, wore a strapless, floor-length, lace-covered gown. She carried a bouquet of mauve- and cream-colored flowers.
The bridesmaids wore mauve floor-length dresses and carried mauve- and cream-colored bouquets.
Elizabeth Kruse, sister-in-law to the bride, was matron of honor, and Jazelle King was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jill Seemann, friend of the bride, Emilena Brickner, friend of the bride, and Jeni Perkins, friend of the bride.
Kayla Kruse, niece of the bride, was junior bridesmaid and Kensley King Buenger, niece to the bride, was flower girl.
Tim Bouillion, friend of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen included Daniel Steyer, brother of the groom, Jake Frisch, friend of the groom, Zack Bouillon, friend of the groom, and Justin Buenger, brother-in-law to the groom.
Elijah Lawrence, friend of the groom, was junior groomsman, and Parker Kruse, nephew to the groom, was ring bearer.
The bride, a 2008 graduate of Patrick Henry High School, 2012 graduate of University of Findlay and 2014 graduate of The Ohio State University, is a social worker.
The groom, a 2008 graduate of Hopewell-Loudon High School and 2012 graduate of The University of Toledo, is a civil engineer.
The couple reside in Carey after returning from their honeymoon in St. Thomas.
