Alisha A. Hoover and Daniel J. Kessler exchanged wedding vows with a double-ring ceremony at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 17, 2015, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Tiffin, with the Rev. Gary Walters officiating. Their reception was at Meadowbrook Ballroom in Bascom.
The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Karen Hoover of Tiffin. The groom is the son of Dennis and Denise Kessler of New Riegel.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white, strapless, straight-neckline dress with an asymmetric drop-waist, lace-up back and a chapel train. It included crystal beading, sequins and metallic accents throughout the bodice. She carried a bouquet of red roses and white lilies accented with pearl and diamond stems.
Bridesmaids wore floor-length, emerald, satin dresses. The bodices featured a V-neckline with front cap sleeves, open back detail and a gathered empire waist. The bridesmaids and flower girl carried bouquets of white roses.
Maid of honor was Amy Kessler, sister of the groom. Bridesmaids were Megan, Stacey and Allison Kessler, sisters of the groom; and Janelle Tanner, friend of the bride. Flower girl was Lily Brickner, cousin of the bride.
Best man was Stephen Burns, friend of the groom. Groomsmen included Aric Hoover, brother of the bride; Brennen and Derek Schleter, cousins of the bride; and Derek Nye, friend of the groom. Ring bearer was Cameron Agerter.
The bride is an accountant at The Mennel Milling Co. in Fostoria. The groom is a foreman for Alvada Construction in Alvada.
The couple reside in Fostoria after traveling to Sedona, Arizona, for their honeymoon.
